Taylor Wimpey now have full occupation on phase 1 and are successfully selling phase 2. The site is quickly geeting built out and in the near future we hope to have the top road open, enabling the phase 1 roads to be topped off and completed.
Both authorities are still in discussion with Grainger PLC on the revised legal agreement prior to their commencement on phase 1.

In your 15th Novermber 2011 statement, you have stated once the top road is open, this will enable the Phase 1 roads to be topped off and completed. This was 6 months ago, the top road was opened prior to this article. Why has the council not enforced this action?
