Taylor Wimpey now have full occupation on phase 1 and are successfully selling phase 2. The site is quickly geeting built out and in the near future we hope to have the top road open, enabling the phase 1 roads to be topped off and completed.
Both authorities are still in discussion with Grainger PLC on the revised legal agreement prior to their commencement on phase 1.
