Trees/Rubbish and dog walkers

It was pointed out to me a while ago that one of the trees on the Maurepas Way roundabout is looking a bit sorry for itself. This will be replaced by the developer when we reach the planting season. The rubbish that has been dumped by the Milk Lane entrance will be removed in the near future.
You will be aware that the Grainger land is still being farmed, this means that the track is in use for agricultural machinery. However, the farmer has had problems with vehicles blocking the entrance way at the mouth of Milk Lane. Could dog walkers please be a little more considerate and take into account that farm vehicles tend to be large, heavy and dirty, I would not want my car in the way of one!

October 2010 Update

Taylor Wimpey have submitted their phase2 application, so we will be starting the consultation process and hopefully have a joint Planning Development Control meeting to decide the application before Christmas.
Grainger should be submitting their phase 1 in the near future and the review of the legal agreement is ongoing.
There is some very good feedback from some of the new residents at Taylor Wimpey and I’m pleased thet the play area (LEAP) will be built much earlier than expected.
