Firstly, a Happy New Year to you all.

Meetings scheduled so far this year: March 15th, Joint Planning Committee at Havant Borough Council, all day. Application by Grainger for their Design Codes (12/02561/DIC) and an application from Taylor Wimpey to change the delievery of live work units on site to residential, including more affordable housing (12/02502/FUL). Both are available on our web site for viewing.

There will be a forum meeting on Friday 22nd March at the D Day memorial Hall Southwick, 10am start.

You will see that Bloor Homes have commenced on their Phase 1 (194 residential units) of Berewood. This permission includes access to and cleared/serviced land for the new school. We have also received an application for infrastructure works on Phase 2.

The new Household Waste Recycling Centre is scheduled to open at 8am on Wednesday 16th January, with the existing site closing at 4pm on the 15th January.
