At joint Planning Committee last Friday approval was given for the Grainger Design Codes and the Taylor Wimpey application for changes to Live/Work units. The reports and in about 10 days, minutes, will be on our website and Havant’s.
Grainger have delayed their Berewood launch event, probably to May, but their Sales office is open now. There is some archaeological work taking place on the land south of Milk Lane prior to conditions being discharged fully before the Phase 2 Infrastructure (roads etc) starts. We are expecting an application for the Phase 2 residential, from whichever builder is selected, later this year.
