The new Jacky (temporarily)

I feel it’s time for introductions!

My name is Joseph McKee and it is with great enthusiasm that I announce that very recently I have taken over the role as Implementation Officer, tasked with aiding the Delivery of the West of Waterlooville Major Development Area until Jacky’s return later this year.

It is clear Jacky did a fantastic job at keeping this blog updated. I intend to continue Jacky’s great work and utilise the blog as a method of keeping all interested parties involved and up to date with progress and any news I feel is beneficial to publish.

Please feel free to comment and I will endeavour to assist. I very much look forward to being involved within the coming months.

Regards,

Joseph

Final Update – for a while

Just a quick update before I depart for a few months abroad.

On the Taylor Wimpey site work has begun levelling the Western Open Space prior to planting it out; at the same time planting along the Hambledon Road frontage is happening. In the near future preparation works will start for the Care and Extra Care homes approved last year. On Phase 5, some infrastructure work is expected in the Autumn, so lots going on.

Grainger are continuing with their infrastructure works for Phase 3, there will be a joint planning commitee later this year for members to consider the proposed residential element.

I am hopeful that both sites will have their bridges in place for the beginning of the school term in September.

I will be returning to work in November, may I wish you all a pleasant few months until then.

Regards Jacky Wilson
