This review follows the receipt of a petition prepared by the Parish Councillors of Denmead and Southwick & Widley Parish Councils who are members of the West of Waterlooville Advisory Group, on behalf of the residents of the new development area. The petition contains 204 signatures.

The formal commencement of the review was approved by Winchester City Council’s Licensing and Regulatory Committee on 8th December 2017.
